Sports and Chakras: Daniel Sturrige very present on soccer field

I was surfing the internet and found a video of Dainel Sturrige and of course since I'm a psychic reader, I thought it'd be cool to read his energy in a blog post. He is a pro footballer (in the US we'd say soccer player) for the Premier League club Liverpool and the England national team. Though I haven't played soccer since I was a little girl in camp, I enjoyed reading his energy as he played. At around the age of 6 or 7, I had a crush on a kid named Micah who could get the ball past me just as easily as Daniel Sturrige gets the ball past the other pro players.

Watching the video I noticed Daniel is super super grounded, so much so that to watch his energy it's like the earth just has this fast moving bump of earth energy that ripples around the soccer field wherever he is standing. His first chakra and first layer have so much of his energy he seems fearless and he's so rooted like the old kids' toy a weeble, he doesn't seem to loose his balance much. Then he really uses his 7th chakra in the top of his head to intuit everything he needs, positions of the other players, even how easy each player is to evade. You'd think he really uses his 3rd since that's physical exertion and he does but more so uses his 4th which is enthusiasm to which he also brings playfulness. He is like a strong joy-power elf running around the field. :-) Like all great athletes he's in all 7 of his chakras when playing, but since he uses his 7th and his 4th and 1st chakras the most the 7th, 4th, and 1st layers of his aura are extra wide and vivid. I noticed at least in the video he's usually very non-resistant which means others' have a lot of trouble chording or manipulating his energy, and you can just see all the players of the other team around him leaking out resistance and frustration as he sails on by them with the ball.

So you could enjoy watching the video, and maybe do a Daniel Sturrige move as you are driving through rush hour crowds or steering your cart through crowded aisles at Costco or Trader Joe's. Be in non-resistance so you can glide past people, be super grounded so that your aura has as much earth energy as it can, and use your intuition so you can get to your goal. Plus open your heart to a little more playfulness so you can enjoy yourself and maybe do a little silly dance like he does at the end of your day. :-) Here's a
Daniel Sturrige Dance Compilation video in case you need some silly celebration dance tips.

For meditation recommendations, the 7 Chakras Meditation/Healing 28 min guided meditation recording and the Grounding In-Depth 23 min recording each available on this page
Meditations, 11-30min will help you with your chakras and grounding so you can be more like Daniel Sturrige. :-) If you know soccer/football but not chakras, you can start with my youtube videos Psychic Chakras 101 and Psychic Chakras 201.

Spiruality Question: Can't I tune out when I'm at work?

Energy question: Can’t I tune out when I’m at work? I hate my job / boss / coworkers!

This is a question I often get in readings, when a client’s angels point out they are not present at work.

They just “go through the motions” and work while their spirit is above their body or even a little of their spirit is back home in bed, or in the future anticipating their weekend. This is NOT actually an effective stress reducing plan, and definitely NOT a way to create positive change. When your spirit is away your body misses your energy and sponges up what is around, so energy from your coworkers or workplace. So then your body carries around so much workplace energy that you think of your work the minute you wake up each morning, and you can’t seem to manifest something new and different. If you leave your job while still full of judgement and resentment and resistance, you may end up in a new job with many of the same patterns. In order to manifest something more positive and new, often you need to transcend your judgement and resistance, to get present, to clear your stuck energy. Often you are in a workplace to learn something on a spiritual level, and generally you will not be learning if you are stuck in judgement and zoned-out.

If you want to create positive change you need to tune IN more and more, to ground, and breathe, release your frustrations with grounding & healing or other centering actions in the moment. Use your mind, actions, and body-mind-spirit presence to change how you feel inside. Don’t let the external situation of your workplace control your mood. Learning how to use your sixth chakra to see others without judgement helps you have much stronger energy boundaries with them. Other ways to tune in include listening to or thinking of music you feel is energizing, or enjoying a tasty beverage, giving yourself a quick hand massage, wiggling your toes & feeling that, having a screen saver with inspiring photos, half-listening to meditation recordings during a commute or lunch hour, etc. For more about being present & how it helps watch my video
How to Be Present & in Your Body.

Stuck judging your coworkers / job / boss? To learn about your 6th chakra and non-judgement you can watch my video

Super distracted or zoned-out at work? Grounding is great for helping you to stay tuned-in & present. If you don’t know how to ground consciously then you can learn with my videos

Meditation Question: Is it OK to meditate in public?

This is a question posted by a client onto my YouTube grounding walkthrough video called Psychic Healing Grounding Meditation- Part 1. I posted a short reply to her there on youtube. Since it’s such a frequently asked question, I thought I’d answer it more fully here in the hopes that more people see it.

Here’s her question:
Hi Janet. Is it ok/safe to do grounding or healing chakras/aura in public (eg. on the bus/plane or somewhere else where there are other people around you)? Many thanks :-)

My reply:
Yes it can be safe, useful, and practical to do some level of grounding and self-healing in public, though there are a few tips to consider. By “in public” I mean anywhere not inside your own home, so in your car, at work, in a coffee shop, on the train, walking downtown, in a gym, in a workplace, etc.

Energy Safety tips when working your energy- meditating, grounding, or healing your chakras & aura in public:
1. With your mind ask your angels to help you to be fully safe on all levels as you work your energy.

2. While in public, do energy work that helps you to be more present, such as grounding or basic energy healing on your chakras or aura. When you are more present your body will sponge up energy from the people & environment less. In other words do not do a meditation in public that makes you tune out or feel sleepy. When you tune out or feel sleepy or distracted your spirit is “popping out of or leaving your body.” This is what sleep is for, so when in public try to tune IN, and be present. This way you are more “you” and you sponge up energy from your environment and other people much less. If you want more info & video suggestions on being present in public you can check out my next blog post
Spirituality Question: Can’t I tune out when I’m at work?

For
meditations to do while in public, I’d say try all of my YouTube videos & any of my meditation recordings except three that I would save for home. The three recordings to save for home are the Confidence meditation 15min, Emotional Gardening 15min, and Deep Thought Webinar 1hr+. Once you practice with a video or meditation recording you can create mini versions that you walk yourself through that can fit into the little minute you have here and there. For specific suggestions you could post a specific question below, or check out the blog post I did called Grounding & Meditation During Vacation & Travel.
